It is the marketing website of Aevitas Global, describing two businesses: an IPO advisory & readiness consultancy and a deal-document concierge. It exists so you can understand what we do and decide whether to start a conversation.

Company-specific guidance happens only in an engagement, under a written agreement. Public-listing activity in India is regulated; regulated roles are performed by licensed intermediaries, not by this website.

Engagements are separate agreements

If we work together, the work is governed by a written engagement agreed with you in advance — scope, fees and terms included. That agreement, not this website, is where the real terms live.
