What exactly counts as a "deal"?
One transaction scope, per month: one acquisition, one fundraising round, one diligence process, one tender response, one case. If a second deal starts under the same roof, it gets its own room and its own plan.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The storage room plan (₹4,999 a month, per deal) gives you a secure cloud.indicus room you fill and manage yourself. The room + concierge plan (₹29,999 a month, per deal) adds the service: we collect the documents, index them, and keep the room organised and current while your deal runs.
Are the prices inclusive of tax?
No — both plans are exclusive of GST.
Where are our documents stored?
In your own cloud.indicus storage room — secure, purpose-built deal storage. The room belongs to you; the concierge works inside it under your instructions.
Who can access the room?
Exactly whoever you invite. Access is defined by you — your team, your advisers, your counterparties, as much or as little as you choose. That control is one of the reasons the room is yours and not ours.
Is the concierge tied to one platform?
The service is independent — we answer to you, not to a platform or an adviser. Our storage home is cloud.indicus, which is precisely the advantage: the organising service and the storage place work together as one.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes — just ask, and one is put in place before any work begins. Discretion is standard here, not an add-on.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly, per deal, exclusive of GST. The exact terms are set out in your engagement note — in plain language — before any work starts.
What happens to the room when the deal ends?
The room is yours, so it is your call: keep it as the permanent, ordered record of the transaction, or wind it down. Tell us which, and we will make it happen.
Our documents are a mess right now. Is that a problem?
That is the normal starting point — do not tidy up before calling us. Turning document chaos into order is literally the service.
Do you also advise us on the deal itself?
No — and that is deliberate. The concierge is a document service: collect, index, organise, store. Guidance on the deal or the listing journey is a separate discipline; here, your paperwork is what we perfect.
