Aevitas Concierge · How it works
From chaos to order, without the drama.
Six steps, one conversation to start. Here is exactly what happens when you bring us a deal.
-
You reach out
Form or WhatsApp — whichever is easier. Tell us the deal type and where the documents stand today. A messy start is the normal start; do not tidy up first.
-
We scope the deal — one short call
We talk through the transaction: what it is, who is involved, what documents exist and where. A deal means one transaction scope, per month — one acquisition, one round, one tender. This is also where a confidentiality agreement can be put in place, if you want one.
-
Your room is set up
A secure cloud.indicus storage room is created for the deal, with the access you define: your team, your advisers, whoever you invite — and nobody else.
-
We collect and index
Documents come in from every corner — drives, inboxes, advisers — and every file is named properly and logged in the live index. Nothing lives only in someone's inbox any more.
-
We organise and maintain, live
Through the deal, the room mirrors reality: new papers in their place, versions straight, gaps flagged early, request lists matched to responses. You always know the room is current.
-
You stay in control
Your room, your access, your rules. We work inside it under your instructions — and at the end you hold a complete, ordered record of the whole transaction.
On your side
What we need from you. (Not much.)
One person on your team we can talk to. A hand introducing us to the people who hold documents. And honest answers when we ask where something might live. That is genuinely all — the chasing, sorting and structuring is our work, not yours.
Each month, the plan covers the deal's ongoing document work; if the transaction grows a second scope, it simply gets its own room and plan.
The small print, plainly
- Plans are billed monthly, per deal.
- Prices are exclusive of GST.
- Exact terms are confirmed in your engagement note before work starts.
- A confidentiality agreement comes first if you ask for one.
